Vexvo Elevate provides professional development services including corporate training, coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and workshop programs.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline of specific engagements will be defined in separate service agreements or proposals between Vexvo and the client.

5. Service Agreements & Payment

Specific service engagements are governed by separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work that outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a service engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, training materials, and any data exchanged between Vexvo and the client.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vexvo provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vexvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

• Vexvo's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• Vexvo does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive.
